Henry advises high-profile businesses and individuals in Southern California and beyond on complex business and tax matters. His practice spans business formation and structuring, executive compensation, and sophisticated estate and tax planning strategies.
Henry has extensive experience with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), pension and profit-sharing plans, charitable giving, and the structuring and refinancing of closely held companies, both domestic and international. He regularly counsels clients on wealth transfer planning, income, estate, and gift tax matters, as well as the formation and administration of private foundations and other philanthropic vehicles.
He also advises on executive compensation arrangements, including equity-based compensation, and incentive bonus plans. Henry also negotiates and prepares employment, partnership, LLC, and severance agreements.
