David Gabor, a seasoned trial attorney with more than 30 years of litigation experience, has joined Wolf Wallenstein as a partner. He comes to the firm from Weintraub Tobin where he was chair of the Litigation practice group.
“We are delighted to welcome our newest litigation powerhouse to the team. In today’s legal landscape, where challenges are as diverse as they are complex, having a top-tier litigator like David join our ranks couldn’t have come at a better time,” said Ellen Wolf, founder and partner of Wolf Wallenstein. “This is a pivotal moment for our firm, and with David on board, we are poised to tackle the most formidable legal battles and continue our trajectory of success.”
Gabor brings over 30 years of litigation experience as a trial lawyer with a track record that spans contract law, real estate, hospitality (hotel and restaurant), tax, bankruptcy, and partnerships. He litigates real estate (including HOA/Davis-Sterling) matters, intellectual property, government contracts, tax, trademark, copyright, trade secrets, insurance, environmental, Proposition 65, and entertainment issues, among others.
Gabor is a graduate of UCLA School of Law, where he served as an editor of the UCLA Law Review. He began his legal career at Latham & Watkins and was a partner at McDermott, Will & Emery. From the earliest stages of his career, he advised sophisticated clients on corporate governance, contracting, and compliance issues.
Gabor is the latest addition to Wolf Wallenstein, a California boutique law firm that offers a full suite of services in corporate, real estate, insurance recovery, environmental, commercial litigation, trusts and estates, and labor and employment. Over the past year and a half, Wolf Wallenstein has welcomed four former Big Law attorneys, including Barbara Croutch, Christopher “Smitty” Smith, Christopher Cummiskey, and Justin Brossier, in addition to Michael Wallenstein who joined from an Am Law 100 firm at the end of 2017.
Gabor noted, “I am thrilled to be joining Wolf Wallenstein. With a full-service platform and client-centric focus, I look forward to contributing to the firm’s shared success and cultivating lasting relationships with our valued clients.”
